Room cleanliness was severely disappointing. The air conditioning was moldy, and the bathroom had rust and dust everywhere. Despite the positive interaction with the front desk, the state of the room left us feeling let down.

Fairly clean, decent value hotel, its location was great and near the beach and surrounding restaurants, Destin, and a store. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Good bathrooms. Really great stay, as always.

The staff were attentive to our requests. The studio was spacious and accommodated our family needs well. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals . The pool area provided a peaceful retreat after long days of activities.

Housekeeping could improve with more frequent cleanings.

my niece room had dog poo under the bed but we did not notice until like that sunday.

Breakfast was horrible the ice machine was broken the whole stay no room cleaning just bad

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff

Sheila and Lisa at the front desk provided really good service. The pool area was a nice escape for relaxation. For those planning to cook, bring some cooking essentials as not all items are stocked.

Bath tub and toilet was clogged hotel didn't have no maintanance I had to go ask for a plunger and do it myself...

Location of the hotel. It was close to the beach and other places in Destin.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. They cannot even meet your basic needs. Not worth the price. Pay extra and go somewhere else. We needed extra towels in our room-they did not have any clean towels to give out-we had 6 people in our room. I had to drive down the street to a store and buy towels. The room was tiny, a lot smaller than expected. It had a mildew smell. One of the beds had a yellow- looking stain on the mattress pad. There was a left over breakfast sandwich on the kitchen counter from someone. The kitchen cabinet doors did not shut all the way. Overall the room appeared dirty. I'm not clear on the room cleaning/housekeeping policy either...they wouldn't clean our room unless we wanted to pay for it. Bad customer service, staff does not explain things well-received different answers from different people, not helpful and not proactive.

carpet was filthy a/c did not cool properly and was in a poor location right at your head between beds. Breakfast choices consist of a granola bar and an apple.

Consider requesting a room away from potential noise sources for a quieter stay. The kitchenette is a great feature for preparing meals.
